Do you have a return policy?
Refunds will be issued for select items returned within 14 days of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees will apply.
Items that are shipped directly from the vendor may not be eligible for returns.

How long does monograming take?
There is a 7-10 day turn around time. There are more options in-store than online.
We will also happily monogram items you bring in from home with our drop-off service.
Can I shop over the phone?
Yes! We have lots more in-store.
Call if you can't come in and we will guide you to the perfect gift and take your order over the phone.
How do you ship?
We ship next business day via USPS or UPS.
Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes! Please make sure to choose "Local Pickup" at checkout. Most orders are ready same business day.
Please note: If you purchase a personalized/monogram item those take 7-10 business days. We will notify you when your order is ready.
